This is one of my alltime favorite books, providing some of the best insigths into how to find the right balance between hands-on and delegation, and how NOT to become the fix-it person for everything.... in spite of how attractive that seems at first.

Another good book, especially for those managers who like to be the boss, is "Managing From the Heart" by hmmmm, author's name excapes me...but its also a useful, short read.
